As-Built Certification is a post-construction certification. A non-refundable $350 consultation is required before inspection. Our inspector will assess if the unit qualifies, and once approved, the consult fee is credited toward the $2,750 certification cost (plus the 10% discount of $275). Pricing applies to domestic builds only.
