Manufacturer

Manufacturer is defined as a person, partnership, firm or corporation actively engaged in the manufacture of Structures; two or more in a twelve month period.

Do-It-Yourselfer

Do-It-Yourselfer is defined as a person, partnership, group or organization actively engaged in the construction of a Structure; no more than one in a twelve month period.

Safety and Efficiency

The ANSI+ Standard incorporates safety, structural and energy efficiency standards currently used by the Recreational Vehicle  AND Home Building industries:

• ANSI – American National Standards Institute
• NFPA – National Fire Protection Association
• NEC – National Electrical Code
• Structural and Energy Efficiency Guidelines

Third-Party Inspection

NOAH RDI inspects each structure at 5 or more – specific phases of construction for compliance to the ANSI+ Standard.

• Foundation (Trailer and  Attachment)
• Framing and All-Trades (electrical, plumbing and HVAC)
• Insulation
• Final

All inspections are archived and available for review in the future.

NOAH RDI inspections are performed and/or reviewed by InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspectors, Engineers, General Contractors, Electricians, Plumbers and other professionals as needed.
