What is a Digitized Inspection?

Digitize inspections, are just that, inspections digitized as they are being performed by interNACHI certified inspector and/or ICC certified licensed inspectors. NOAH RDI digitizes and stores each inspection, including: 

• Video
• Audio
• Photos
• Inspector notes

NOAH RDI ensures you have the necessary evidence to defend the quality and compliance of your build if needed.

Videos

• More detailed than other inspection methods
• Videos are useful for locating utilities & structure for future rehab or repairs.

Photos

• Done concurrent with inspection video
• High Resolution
• Unlimited Photo Storage

Inspector Notes

• Added During/Post Inspection
• Reviewed by Other Inspectors if Needed
• Included with Videos & Photos

Remote Digitized Inspections are proof that an actual inspection was completed. If there are concerns or questions, the inspection file is available as evidence to defend the quality and compliance of the build.
