NOAH RDI Inspection and Certification is a voluntary program for builders to demonstrate compliance with safety, structural and energy efficiency standards for consumer confidence in the product(s) they produce.
CERTIFIED BUILDER/MANUFACTURER
Planning to build two or more houses in a twelve month period?
A person, partnership, firm or corporation actively engaged in the building/manufacturing of tiny houses, container homes and/or houses on foundations.

Additional Noah RDI Seal - $500 each (per dwelling)
Each NOAH RDI Seal is ordered in conjunction with the Stage 1 Inspection Request. Each NOAH RDI Seal is uniquely numbered and assigned to the VIN. After the final inspection, the seal is shipped via USPS Certified Mail, then permanently adhered to the structure as confirmation of inspection and certification.

A person, partnership, firm or corporation actively engaged in the conversion of Skoolies and other Vehicles.

CERTIFIED EDUCATIONAL
Building one or more homes in a one year period in conjunction with a public or private education program.
An Educational Institution (University, College, Tech School or High School) engaged in the manufacture of homes.

AS BUILT
As–built Certification is a post-construction Certification. To see if your build is eligible, complete the $350 Inspector Consultation order form below. Our Inspector will perform a Consultation while viewing the unit in question and advise if your build qualifies. This fee is non-refundable however, if it is deemed that your build qualifies for this service, we will credit the $350 Consultation fee towards the Certification cost of $2750, Note, this pricing structure is for domestic builds only.
Post-construction inspected Structures 8’6” wide (or less) must be built to NFPA 1192 & NFPA 70 (NEC) Article 551. Structures that are wider than 8’6” will be inspected to ANSI 119.5 & NFPA 70 Article 552.
